Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No Show Policy: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me within a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel after the 24 hour period you will lose the appointment deposit, unless genuine extenuating circumstances occur, in which case we'll reschedule. If a "no show" occurs you will forfeit your appointment deposit, if you have a pre-paid plan you will forfeit that session from your plan.
