Annick has been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. She is still just as motivated and captivated by her work today as she was when she began her career. She loves to share her passion with clients of all ages and from all walks of life.

Annick's favourite pastime is spending time in her kitchen creating new recipes, her specialty is making quick easy meals from fresh ingredients to get the most energy and vitality. She loves a good challenge, enjoys learning and is always on the lookout for new exercise ideas to stay healthy, relieve stress and live life to it's fullest.

Youth Program

Healthy eating is important at every age; it's about food choices, developing healthy eating habits early, nurturing a healthy relationship with food, while learning skills like how to plan and prepare healthy foods. Healthy eating can benefit you in the short and long term. Creating healthy habits as a teen can help you develop habits that will last a lifetime. Healthy eating may help in feeling more energized and could improve performance in physical activities or studies. By preparing your own food you can save money, learn new foods and become more independent.
