Annick Poirier

B.Sc, N.C, Registered Dietitian 

Annick has been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. She is still just as motivated and captivated by her work today as she was when she began her career. She loves to share her passion with clients of all ages and from all walks of life.  

Annick is a Registered Dietitian and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition from the University of Moncton, New Brunswick. She was very fortunate to have gotten accepted and complete her internship at the Georges L. Dumont Hospital in nutrition to become a Registered Dietitian. 


Annick is the mother of a beautiful daughter and says that motherhood is one of the most rewarding gifts in her life. Her favourite pastime is spending time in her kitchen creating new recipes, her specialty is making quick easy meals from fresh ingredients to get the most energy and vitality.  She believes that a truly healthy lifestyle doesn't just stop at nutrition which is why she also became a Fitness Instructor, she really enjoys leading and teaching classes to help people thrive and reach their health goals. She loves a good challenge, enjoys learning and is always on the lookout for new exercise ideas to stay healthy, relieve stress and live life to it's fullest.

For as long as she can remember Annick has been involved in nutrition and exercise. She is so passionate that in fact she recently decided to go back to school to become a Naturopath Consultant! She is enjoying being a student again and learning new combinations of traditional practices and health care in a holistic approach, she finds the two very complimentary.

Floriane Deparis


Floriane's passion revolves around wellness - she believes in a balance between food and behavioral changes.


Since then, a healthy lifestyle has become a very important part of her life. Floriane's goal is to give you tools and guidance whenever you need it most.  She will help you to navigate situations that make you eat in ways you're actually trying to avoid.

Floriane wants to teach you everything she knows, but most importantly, she hopes to explore the pattern you fall into (making sabotage progress)  She will pull the the truth to the surface, know exactly how you feel, and point you in the right direction to understanding your food choices better
